To keep everyone safe while travelling with us, please follow these simple steps when getting on and off the coach:

Before Boarding:

• Arrive on time and wait in a safe area, away from traffic.
• Let the coach come to a complete stop before approaching.
• Stay visible to the driver and avoid standing too close to the road.

Boarding the Coach:

• Let others exit first.
• Use handrails and board carefully—no rushing or pushing.
• Take your seat quickly and fasten your seatbelt if available.
• Store luggage securely and keep walkways clear.

Cleanliness & Courtesy:

• Dispose of rubbish in the bins provided or take it with you.
• Treat staff and fellow passengers with respect at all times.
• No smoking or vaping on board.

Exiting the Coach:

• Remain seated until the coach stops completely.
• Use handrails when stepping down.
• Watch for traffic and never cross directly in front of or behind the coach.

General Reminders:

• Always follow the driver’s instructions.
• Hold young children’s hands when boarding or exiting.
• If you’re part of a group, make sure everyone is on board before departure.
