Please note the following Terms & Conditions for all private hire bookings:
- Once a booking has been confirmed between the client and J&K Coaches Ltd, J&K Coaches Ltd will produce a ‘Private Hire Confirmation’ letter via email to the client.
- It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that all information is correct, such as dates, times, locations etc.
- J&K Coaches Ltd will NOT be held liable for any incorrect information.
- It is up to the client to contact our office IMMEDIATELY to update any details.
- Any amendments to bookings MUST be made AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your departure date.
- Should you alter any times or mileage to your trip, the cost of your journey will have to be recalculated.
- Please note, that any cancellations may incur a cancellation charge – please contact our office regarding this.
- It is the policy of the company that any damage to our vehicles (inside or outside) by ANY member travelling in your party, the hirer will be deemed liable.
- J&K Coaches Ltd operate a strict NON-SMOKING and NON-ALCOHOL policy onboard all our vehicles.
- J&K Coaches Ltd will not be held liable for any lost property left onboard our vehicles – please ensure you check the vehicles at the end of your journey.

The overwhelming consensus was that all your drivers, particularly Nigel, were fantastic throughout the whole week. The teams were very please with their movement schedules and asked to pass on their thanks and praise to your whole team in co-ordinating the travel from the teams landing to leaving.
Additional to the teams, we wanted to pass on our thanks as well, for allowing us to run such a successful tournament, especially when the final schedules were only finalised a little over a week before the first team landed.

The night was really great as we already knew before hand. All locked in, we had to wait until the end as we were last on, anyway it was ok. Every performance was just fantastic, all voluntary, given for Muscular Dystrophy (NI). Hopefully their charity raised a lot of money. I know our choir raised the roof off Stormont. Alan our driver was superb, a really lovely, friendly man. Thank you one and all.
